She was conferred PhD degree from University of Mumbai in 2017. Her area of
research is enhancement of English language communication skills of prospective
teachers, leadership, entrepreneurship, women empowerment, faculty training and
development. She has been teaching, mentoring & training young minds from almost a
decade. She has received best paper award in an International Business & Education
conference held in London 2015. She has travelled across UK, Australia, Japan, and
UAE to attend academic conferences and present her research based papers.
She has co-authored a book titled “An Introduction to Education” which was published
by Author house, USA based publication house. She has also co-authored a book titled
“Communication Skills for Prospective Teachers” published by Blue rose publication,
Delhi. She has received award for outstanding service in the field of Education at local
level in 2016. She is a prolific reader and has travelled extensively.
